Anne
Ager, French-trained chef, food consultant and culinary/lifestyle
journalist, re-located her business from London to the French Riviera in 1999, in order to have a better quality of
life, and a more condusive and inspirational environment in which
to work and write .............. and to teach!
She now contributes regularly to magazines and newspapers, in the
UK, in France and in the USA, whilst continuing to work as a consultant
to French and British food producers, and to leading hotels and restaurants.

Wearing her chef’s hat, Anne presents a variety of different
cookery courses and tastings on the French Riviera, in and
around Antibes ......... from half-day/1 day 'hands-on' classes, including tastings and market visits, through to corporate cookery courses for companies.
She is equally happy to teach you in your own home or property in France, or to share new culinary skills with yacht

If
you want to celebrate a wedding, birthday, or other special occasion,
Anne can put all the elements together for you in true French Riviera
style - the venue, the food, a place for guests to stay, the entertainment
........... and even a church and a Priest!
For special events, such as company incentive trips, away-from-it-all
brainstroming sessions, product launches, competition prizes, Anne
can put all the pieces of the event puzzle neatly into place. Whether
it is a small conference for 10 people, or a cocktail party on a
