ANNE AGER has already taught at such reputable
establishments as La Varenne École de Cuisine
(Paris and Burgundy), Le Cordon Bleu
(London) and Eccleston Hall (County Durham).
In addition, she has demonstrated at the Sunday Times
Festival of Fine Wine & Food, in London, and presented
food programmes on both BBC Radio and local TV
stations. She now offers a variety of opportunitis to learn new
culinary skills and experience new flavours on the Côte
d’Azure.
With each of the Côte Cuisine Cookery Courses, Anne enthusiastically
shares her own professional experience and expertise with her
clients/pupils, ensuring that everyone gets their hands dirty
and learns numerous new culinary tricks. Everything starts firstly
in the markets, and then it’s back into the kitchen.
